Rosh will kick off his program with C25's Two Week Test. He will then be using the 180 formula for his runnng, and attending 3 classes per week. Rosh has a serious sweet-tooth, so he'll be cutting sugar out for the next six weeks as much as possible in order to reach his ideal weight.
