TRIATHLON TRAINING

C25’s Trinity Regiment

New to triathlons? Or just want to improve in the water, on the bike or with the run? Start here with CIRCUIT25’s Trinity Regiment.

 

Classes meet three times a week, with each class being devoted to an individual activity: swimming, biking or running.

 

SWIMMING: We work on stroke, breathing and balance. We have four one-on-two swimming sessions each week to give you the attention needed before doing our group swimming training.

 

BIKING:  We collaborate with highly qualified bike specialists to assist you in fitting, sales and proper gear so that you’re given the best experience possible when racing and transitioning.

 

RUNNING: Our trainers focus on the last and toughest leg of triathlons by pushing you as hard as the race will in order to strengthen your road legs, stamina and grit.

 

At the end of the six weeks of training, we’ll help you sign up and make it through your first race.

 

Please note that these classes are not only for beginners. If you’re a seasoned triathlete looking to increase your endurance, strength, transitioning and time, then C25’s Trinity Regiment is perfect for you. * Head Trainer: Davide Butson-Fiori has extensive experience when it comes to triathlons. He’s competed in a number of triathlons all over the U.S., including Chicago's famous Mrs. T's, New York's Jones Beach, San Diego, the Hamptons and Malibu and over a dozen just in Japan. He’s been coached by some of the best, including Dr. Phil Maffetone (endurance) and Terry Laughlin (swimming). He brings his knowledge and expertise to help you train, and he’s happy to be your coach for your race, whether it’s your very first or your 101st. Call or email for more information.
