T.E.A.M CIRCUIT25 KIDS AND TEENS
Circuit25 will launch its T.E.A.M (Trainers Encouraging Activity and Movement) Circuits. There will be a T.E.A.M CIRCUIT FOR KIDS, which invites all children between the ages of 7 and 12, and a T.E.A.M CIRCUIT FOR TEENS, which includes teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17. The T.E.A.M CIRCUIT combines all-over-body workouts and play-based activities that promote camaraderie and improves not only physical strength, but also emotional intelligence. The classes are held in Central during weekend mornings and afternoons.
