Running for Endurance

 

Have you ever wanted to complete a marathon, trail run, improve your running technique, increase your cardiovascular capabilities or lower your racing heart rate? If you are saying yes to any of the above, then we have the program just for you. Circuit25 will provide an Endurance Running program every Wednesday night for six weeks, see our venues section for times and place (contingent on having a minimum number of participants).

 

The cost is two tokens per session, but you must purchase all six sessions. Classes will run every week for six weeks and take place at Aberdeen Sports Ground at 8pm. The first and last days will include an assessment to show your progress. Sign up now!
